Access to the beautiful St. Mary's River, Lakes Superior and Huron, and beyond ... right in the heart of the village.
This public launch is run by the DNR, has two put-in ramps, ample free daily parking for your tow vehicle and trailer onsite. Over night parking is available nearby from various businesses.
Located at the south end of DeTour Harbor provides boaters with quick easy access to gas on the water before entering the St Mary's. This is an awesome boater viewing site.

We have a fantastic public marina in the village. Put your boat in at the public launch, reserve a slip, gas up, and enjoy a few days on the water near our little village, or travel to the Soo, to the North Channel, to boating throughout the great lakes, on to Mackinac Island, to Detroit, Beaver Island, Chicago, and beyond. The St Mary's River is a link to rivers, lakes, and oceans.

Oh, what a beauty this inland lake is. You'll love the fishing, and the peaceful quaintness of this 825 acre lake. The public launch, maintained by the DNR, is located five miles west of town, on North Caribou Lake Road.
From the Soo, to the North Channel, to boating throughout the great lakes, on to Mackinac Island, to Detroit, Beaver Island, Chicago, and beyond.
The St Mary's River is a link to rivers, lakes, and oceans abound. Plus we have sweet little swimming holes.
All from our quiet ramps in DeTour Village; the world is our oyster.
This quiet put-in location is used by many locals for a day of fishing or channigans on their pleasure boats. The ramps are open to the public, and provide an excellent spot to launch your small boat.
Located on the south end of Malette Park, family's can enjoy a day of boating, swimming, and picnic fun; all from one sweet spot. On the north end of Malette Park you'll find Olmstad Bay Turnout hosting an information booth, viewing platform, table, grill and benches.
